I showed them my valet ticket, they went over to another window and the woman said the front desk never called them to get our car pulled up. After close to 40 minutes I asked what's going on. There was only 1 other car needing valet. We went to the valet area, saw our luggage on the luggage rack. I gave it to them and they said our car would be ready when we arrived downstairs. That asked if we valet parked, I said yes. I called the front desk asking for a bell hop to pick up our luggage. We ddin't bother to try and shower in the am cause there wouldn't be any hot water. I responded asking why and WHAT? She responded by saying, 'That's my decision, next.' Next day comes check out time. I was amazed, I would NEVER let my fiancee drink to much and she wasn't even CLOSE to being drunk. I said huh, she said, she looks like she's had to much to drink and I'm not serving her. The woman that was waiting on us said, sorry, no can do. We asked for 2 waters and an amaretto sour. We first stopped to get a drink, I don't drink but she drink those foofoo drinks. My fiancee wears pinkish/redish eye liner. After that, we went and freshened up, went to the casino again to play some slots. How can there be no hot water? We had breakfast which was good, gambled for a bit than went and had a great dinner at Ruth Chris. We got up in the am to shower, there was ZERO hot water.

Salmon was VERY MUCH well done and the shoe string potatoes on the salad were stale. My steak medallions were under cooked, her salmon salad was just horrible. We had dinner at Brio and from all the things we've heard about it, we were BEYOND disappointed.

When we arrived at our room, we noticed dirt marks all over one of the sheets. There is NO signs pointing towards Valet for Cherokee Tower. HUGE mistake right from the moment we pulled in. We decided to go to Cherokee Casino for my 60th birthday celebration.
